I mentioned I’d keep y’all up to date on the videos we’ve been watching at Development Cinema Lunch and will be doing so right now!

Our CSS Best Practices are Killing Us A blog post and video from Nicole Sullivan on when to start breaking the rules we’ve been following. From limiting amounts of font declarations to being okay with Classitis. Some of the thoughts I’m totally on board with, a few I’m not so sure. But it’s definitely thought provoking and renews your thinking on what best practices you will or won’t follow.

Intro to CSS Animations From Chris Coyier/CSS-Tricks, a great, basic introduction to keyframes/animation using Rampage as the subject matter. It’s pretty easy to follow, but warning: might also give you a contact high.

This is what Yesenia made during lunch today while watching the CSS-Tricks tutorial: a peanut butter cup on top of a double stuffed Oreo. Something about this video is munchie inducing, for sure.
